Applicable to all individual customers, agents, and partners purchasing through Devie’s official distribution channels (supermarkets, minimarts, website, fanpage, agents, etc.).

2. Pricing and discounts
Prices are publicly listed clearly for each product.
Wholesale customers and agents receive flexible discounts based on quantity and cooperation policies.
Preferential pricing is offered during periodic promotional programs.

3. Delivery policy
Nationwide delivery.
Free shipping within Ho Chi Minh City for orders from 300,000 VND and above.
Orders below this amount or outside the inner city will incur shipping fees according to the delivery service provider.
For online orders, COD (cash on delivery) or bank transfer payment methods are supported.

4. Sales support
Provide full product images, descriptions, and marketing materials.
Offer sales consultation and training for partners and agents upon request.
