Return policy

1. Return and Exchange Conditions
You need to check the condition of the goods and may exchange or return the items immediately upon delivery/receipt in the following cases:

  • The goods do not match the type or model in the placed order or as shown on the website at the time of ordering.

  • The quantity or set is incomplete compared to the order.

  • External damage such as torn packaging, broken items, etc.
    You are responsible for providing relevant documents proving the deficiency to complete the return/exchange process.

2. Notification and Return Shipment Timeframe

  • Return notification time: within 48 hours from the time of product receipt in cases of missing accessories, gifts, or damages.

  • Return shipment timeframe: within 7 days from the time of product receipt.

  • Return location: Customers can bring products directly to our office/store or send them via postal services or other delivery methods.

3. Obligations of Seller and Customer in Each Transaction

a. Seller’s Obligations:

  • Provide goods of the correct quality and quantity: The seller must ensure the goods or services match the description, quality, and quantity agreed in the contract.

  • Deliver on time: The seller must deliver within the agreed timeframe, location, and conditions stated in the contract.

  • Provide relevant documents: The seller must supply necessary documents such as invoices, warranty cards, shipping papers, and ownership certificates.

  • Ensure customers’ legal rights: The seller must guarantee that the goods do not infringe third-party legal rights, such as copyrights or intellectual property.

  • Rectify defects and provide warranty: If goods are defective or do not comply with the agreement, the seller is responsible for remedying, repairing, or exchanging as requested by the customer.

b. Customer’s Obligations:

  • Pay on time: The customer must make full payment within the agreed timeframe in the contract.

  • Receive goods on time: The customer must accept delivery on schedule and under agreed conditions, including inspecting the goods upon receipt.

  • Report issues promptly: If defects are found, the customer should notify the seller promptly for resolution according to policy.

  • Provide accurate information: The customer must provide correct information regarding requirements, delivery address, and payment methods to facilitate smooth transactions.
