Inspection policy

1. Definition

Inspection refers to the process of checking and comparing the products/goods received in the shipment sent by deviefood.vn against the items listed in the customer’s order.

2. Timing of Inspection

Devie allows customers to inspect the goods alongside the delivery staff at the time of receipt (or within 30 minutes after receiving the goods).
If customers identify any discrepancies after receipt, they can contact our customer service for support with returns or exchanges.
Note: Customers are advised to record a video while opening the package for reference if needed.

3. Scope of Inspection

Customers are entitled to count the actual quantity of received products and compare them with the items ordered after the order confirmation by our staff, based on the following criteria:

  • Basic product attributes: product name, quantity, customer information on order documents.

  • Product appearance as shown in the product images saved at the time of ordering and confirmed by our staff.

  • Do not open or remove the seals on boxes/products with security seals.

  • Do not scratch or remove codes on products eligible for points or gifts redemption.

  • Customers should not open or use the products if there is any issue during the inspection process with us.

4. Procedures for Handling Discrepancies

If during inspection, the received products do not match the order, please contact our customer service hotline at 0286 287 4770 or 0931567689 to verify your order.
In case deviefood.vn ships the wrong products as per customer order, customers may refuse delivery and payment. If payment has already been made, customers can request a replacement order or a refund, which will be processed promptly.
